Event Pricing

  • Between May 16 and October 31, the prices below cover exclusive use of the Edgemont property for two days, including accommodations both nights for 14 persons in our glorious Queen Anne style lodge.
  • Price for events on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, May 16-31, June, September and October: $7,100.
  • Price for events on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, July and August: $5,600.
  • Price for events on non-holiday Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and some Thursdays OR during the months of January, February, March, April, May 1-15, November and December: $3600 for use of the barn; lodging at the Inn available for $500 per night.

Includes:

  • A rustic, elegant celebration space with separate dance and dining areas to accommodate 230 persons. Wide doors on all sides of barns for free flow of breeze and guests.
  • A built-in, fully equipped bar.
  • Indoor restrooms.
  • Outdoor gathering areas including fire pits.
  • Rectangular farm tables, circular tables and plenty of chairs.
  • Covered barbecue pavilion.
  • On-site parking lot for 60 vehicles.
  • Multiple scenic backdrops for outdoor ceremony and photo ops.
  • Full use of the grounds during your celebration.
  • Vendor contacts: florists, caterers, photographers, transportation, off-site lodging.
  • For an additional charge: linens and place settings (plates, glasses, flatware).

Policies and Miscellany

Building occupancy:
The buildings are permitted for 233 persons. Please contact us if you are planning for a larger group.

Hours of operation:
Our license requires events to terminate by 11:00 p.m.

Food at your event:
You are free to bring in any vendor you want, as long as they are appropriately licensed. Caterers will need to adhere to certain rules concerning where food can be prepared, vehicles parked, etc.

Alcohol at your event:
The Barns at Edgemont Inn cannot supply alcohol at this time. Alcohol must be provided and served by an entity with a valid New York State Liquor License. Ask your food caterer whether they can also
serve alcohol.

Clean-up:
The wedding party and caterers are responsible for removing their equipment, service items and personal property from the venue at the end of the event. The remaining clean-up is the responsibility of the venue.

Bovine bystanders:
They belong to our friendly neighbor up the hill and are happy to bear witness or just be part of the background for your event.
